What do I need to bring to my appointment?

  • You'll need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a drivers license, passport, or state ID). Please make sure the name on your ID matches the name on your paperwork.

Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?

  • Yes! Blackridge Notary Co. is fully authorized to perform remote online notarizations for clients located anywhere within the state of Michigan. All RON sessions are completed through a secure, state-approved platform where you can sign and verify your identity online.

Do you travel to clients?

  • Yes! We provide mobile notary services for clients in the southeast Michigan area. Travel fees vary based on distance and are quoted before booking. Appointments can take place at your home, office, or a public location such as a coffee shop or library .

How much do you charge? 

  • In-Person Notarizations: $10 per signature (state-regulated fee) 

  • Remote Online Notarization: Up to $25 per notarization (perMichigan law)

  • Travel fees: Based on mileage and time- disclosed upfront before your appointment. 

Do you accept same-day appointments?

  • Yes - If our schedule allows! Same-day and after-hours appointments are available for an additional connivence fee.  

What forms of payment you accept?

  • Blackridge notary Co. accepts cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payments (Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo).
